The months of June, July,  August and September are rented on a weekly basis.  The months of October - May may be rented on a monthly basis at a significantly lower rate  - see below.  Other arrangements may be made if the house is available.  Please contact us for details.  Rates subject to change.  Security deposit of $100 required for first time customers.  25% is required to secure reservation. Balance is due May 1st for spring and summer rentals.   Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

Check in time is 4:00pm on Saturday.

Check out time is 12:00pm on Saturday.

The following are our weekly rental rates and availability for 2008 (sorry the rest of the weeks are booked already)

Weeks available:

Monthly rentals from October 1st - May 1st - $1600 per month plus utilities.  4 month minimum
