Rates and Schedule - limited availability

The months of June, July,  August and September are rented on a weekly basis.  The months of October - May may be rented on a monthly basis at a significantly lower rate  - see below.  Other arrangements may be made if the house is available.  Please contact us for details.  Rates subject to change.  Security deposit of $100 required for first time customers.  25% is required to secure reservation. Balance is due May 1st for spring and summer rentals.   Cancellations after May 1st receive a credit good for 1 year from the original reservation (unless the property is re-rented.)   Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

Check in time is 3:00pm on Saturday.

Check out time is 11:00am on Saturday.
