All three vacation properties are all high end, luxury vacation rentals - right on Plum Island within a block from the main beach.  Now renting for Summer 2010 -
make your reservations now!  The rent (and refundable security deposit for new renters) are the only expenses.  No extra charges for cleaning fees,
wireless internet, cable or whatever.

Plum Island is a very quiet vacation spot - especially good for families and couples.  The beaches are long and clean...very uncrowded,
since you essentially have to rent a house in order to get good beach access.  All of these houses have very easy access to the beach
(which is not true of all Plum Island rentals...make sure you understand the location and condition of the house you are renting). 
Each of these 3 are meticulously maintained, well furnished and equipped.   All are air-conditioned (a must for July and August) and all have
local phone service, cable and wireless internet.  All have outside decks, lobster pots, blenders and gas grills.  Linens, towels and toilet paper are furnished for your use -
beds are not made.

Strangely, the ocean has formed a huge sand bar on the main beach - so it is terrific for kids to play on and for adults to take a long stroll at low tide.

The Plum Island nature preserve is an excellent spot for birding and bike riding.  In addition, it is very close to Newburyport - which is filled with small shops and restaurants.
Amesbury is the next town over, and also has several great restaurants.  Close to New Hampshire for tax free shopping.

These houses are also great for corporate relocation, temporary housing or sublets (winter rentals) - working on Fall/Winter 2010.   We will work with your corporate office
to make your temporary housing experience seemless.  All three houses are in the Newbury school system.  Top notch schools - perfect for a relocation to this area.

Plum island is the perfect vacation and/or temporary rental spot.

HoHouse #1 - waterfront (right on basin - and directly across the street from the main beach) - 36th Street:

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, plus 3rd floor loft with sleeper sofa.  Across the street from the beach and the water in the basin laps up to the deck at high tide.  
This is a two bath home on 36th Street on Plum Island (Newbury, MA).   It has extensive decking, multiple TV's/DVD players, stereo, washer/dryer, gas grill and central air conditioning. 
Cable and wireless internet included.  Jacuzzi tub in main bath.  Sleeps 6.
Parking for 3-4 cars.

Water laps right up to the deck at high tide - bring your kayak or canoe and have a ball.  Sunsets are amazing!

HousHouse #2 - Southern Blvd - on the quiet part of the island - onee block from the main entrance to the beach

Beautifully decorated, immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Southern Boulevard on Plum Island (Newbury, MA) with screened porch and breakfast bar both off of the kitchen. 
Fully equipped and airconditioned. 
Has screened porch for bugless dining in the evening and extensive decking, gas grill, TV's, DVD player, stereo, wireless internet, washer/dryer.
