Plum Island is a very quiet vacation spot - especially good for families.  The beaches are long and clean...very uncrowded, since you essentially have to rent a house in order to get good beach access.  All of these houses have very easy access to the beach (which is not true of all Plum Island rentals...make sure you understand the location and condition of the house you are renting).  Each of these 3 are meticulously maintained, well furnished and equipped.   All are air-conditioned (a must for July and August) and all have cable and wireless internet.  All have outside decks and gas grills.  Linens and towels are furnished.

The Plum Island nature preserve is an excellent spot for birding and bike riding. 

These houses are also great for corporate relocation.  Temporary housing or sublets.   Willing to work with your corporate office to make your temporary housing experience seemless.  All three houses are in the Newbury school system.  Top notch schools - perfect for a relocation to this area.

Has extensive decking, multiple TV's/DVD players, washer/dryer, gas grill and central air conditioning.  Cable and wireless internet included.  Jacuzzi tub in main bath.  Sleeps 6.
Parking for 3-4 cars.

Water laps right up to the deck at high tide - bring your kayak or canoe and have a ball.  Sunsets are amazing!
